Return & Exchange

We’re so happy you chose Found Dat Fashion, and we truly hope your piece feels just right on you. But we know that sometimes, fit is a feeling — and we’re here for that.

If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:

* Exchanges: You can exchange your piece for a different size or style within 10 days of delivery. Once the item is picked up, we’ll ship the replacement. Your first exchange is completely free.

* Returns: If you’d prefer a return, you can request it within 10 days of receiving your order. A ₹50 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

* Refunds: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the product is picked up.

* Additional exchanges/returns: We offer one-time free exchange. Any second exchange, or a return after an exchange, will include a ₹50 reverse shipping charge.

We keep things simple, fair, and transparent — just like our clothes.
